His guest-host role at The Late Show with David Letterman increased his fame and allowed him to host his own MTV series. He was born in Pembroke, Canada, on July 30, 1971. Green started studying television at Algonquin College and graduated in 1994. He was in the Road Trip movie, which also starred at Breckin Meyer. At the age of 15, he began performing a stand-up comedy in Canadian clubs. After more than two years as a stand-up comedian, he moved to New York with his rap comedy band.
