Dobrojevic became the first Serbian playmate to live in the Playboy Mansion. In 2012, Stanija rose to a wider public exposure to the reality TV show Survivor Srbija VIP: Costa Rica aired on TV Prva, where she was disqualified following a physical incident with Macedonian model Aleksandra Nakova.
