Mengke Bateer is best known as a former Professional Chinese Basketball Player. He was born in Hanggin Banner, Inner Mongolia, People’s Republic of China on 20 November 1975. He played three seasons in the NBA, won the NBA Finals in one of them. He spent much of his career playing for the Beijing Ducks in the Chinese Basketball Association and later with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers before finishing his career with the Sichuan Blue Whales in the Lesser National Basketball League and winning the CBA. Mengke scored a total of eight points in his last NBA season with the Toronto Raptors.
