Joel McKinnon Miller is best known as a Television Actor. He was born in Minnesota on February 21, 1960. Brooklyn Nine-Nine regular series in the role of Norm Scully, also known on TV for his portrayal of Don Embry in Big Love. He was featured in a couple of episodes of American Horror Story Asylum & Friday After Next. He was a supporting player in the Truman Show Jim Carrey vehicle. He took lessons in opera singing. He studied Theater at the University of Minnesota Duluth, but he dropped out in 1980 only a few credits short of graduation. He came back to finish his degree in 2007. He was a prominent part of the 2003 award-winning TV movie Secret Santa. He gave his voice to the animated film The Swan Princess.
