Ellen Kangru Pao (b. 1970) is a Taiwanese-American investor and activist who has co-founded the Diversity Consulting non-profit organization Project Include. Prior to leaving in 2018, she was a partner at Kapor Capital and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the Kapor Center for Social Impact to focus on her role as Project Include CEO. Other positions she held included interim CEO Reddit, investment partner at Kleiner Perkins, Flipboard's Board of Directors, and Swain's corporate lawyer Cravath.
