Eleni Foureira is an albanian-Greek rapper, actress and dancer who started her career in 2007 with Mystique, an all-girl Greek band. After the group’s disintegration, she embarked on a solo career in 2009 and released her self-titled debut album in 2010, which was certified as ‘Platinum’ in Greece. Her next alBum has also resulted in the ‘Top 10’ of Greek chart – the latter of which have also been certified as ‘Platinum’ by Ti Poniro Mou Sitas (2012, Seventh), Anemos Agapis ( 2014, Third), and Vasilissa (2017, First). In May 2019, its first EP was named the Gypsy Lady. At the annual Eurovision Song Contest in 2018, she performed the album Fuego. She finished the competition in 2nd place overall and until then Cyprus had obtained the highest result in the world. In Greece as well as Spain, this album has become a viral success in Europe, and it has been given Platinum certificates in Spain.
