Tydings is an American actriz who has acted in several films, theater plays, and TV series in her storytelling work and is the director, writer , producer, singer and activist. The Legende Journeys (1996-1999) and its spin off Xena: Warrior Queen (1997-2001), are well-known in the television series Hercules for her portraising of the Greek goddess Aphrodite. She's also played Annabelle Kickbox and She's Seen You Naked as a Punk Songwriter and Bassist.
